For some, it’s about beaches and barbecues in nature, for others, sleepless nights and unforgettable adventures. And in our case, "Leto" is a new residential complex of the "Unistroy" company. We shot a series of videos, each of video reveal a certain advantage.

A story told with humor
What do we imagine when we hear the word “waterfront”? Sandy beach, warm breeze and hot summer sun. What if it is located near your house? We decided to play with a humorous situation where the buyers of an apartment in “Leto residential complex” are comfortably seated in sun loungers at the construction site.
